Exams season is the worst time ever

Being an usher since Emerge 2008 if my memory did not fail me.

I've been on and off according to my schedule in Monash

Though I've changed teams since back when I first started,

It has been a real pleasure to work with these bunch of people!

This is my personal opinion

It's very comforting and satisfying especially when you see a smile from others

Even with only 3 hours of sleep, I did enjoy serving as an usher

Besides, it's been a long while since I get to hold a walkie talkie =P

An annual event organized by Lions Club

It was also a collaboration with us Leos to bond with each other

Peace Poster was for kids aged above 12 whilst

we were left to supervise the lil kids of 5-10 years for the colouring contest

Registration done by the treasurer n' secretary of this fiscal year

Most of them came well prepared...

Wondered if they join every year?

The venue for this year's Peace Poster was at SS2 Mall

Due to the low popularity of the shopping complex, participation was pretty low

Managed to find someone of the same interest perhaps?

I doubt I can produce the same material though I'm twice their age -.-

Went to Cameron with my A level's buddies

Was a 3D2N stay at the highlands

There wasn't much to do in Cameron but we made the best outta it!

We had steatboat for dinner

n' immediately head to 'pasar malam'

The choices of food certainly are different from the ones I've been to

Went back to the apartment to play some games

Three papers in four days - Monash sure did not use their brains

I only had a total of 12 hours of sleep in four days

3 hours on the first 2 days

6 hours on the third

It was a choice between sleep or grades no thanks to bloodsucking admins

This was the formula sheet for my Dynamics paper.

Look at how miniaturised my handwriting became

Can't get the damn exam off my mind

Only manage to snooze for 5 mins before heading to the exam hall

This was my hardest semester yet,

Glad that's over...

It is actually one of our Leo events done every semester :)

The first week was for blood donors

Although the venue was initially Templer's Park

Due to the rundown condition of the place, we had a change in plans

Setting out to FRIM

As early as 8am, we had already faced difficulties

Not So Amazing Race

As the name suggest, it wasn't that amazing.
Nevertheless, they put in much effort :)

Most of our gang joined the race,
forming two groups

The other group - Terry, Jee Ying, Kai Zen, A. Kong n' HuiYuan
The organisers failed to give an explanation...
causing several groups to dropout early

Chengwei, Jason, Boon, Tim n' myself
Managed to rank #25 beating 25 other groups -.-|||

Sooo, here's the reason why it wasn't so amazing afterall
1. Lack of manpower
2. Miscommunication amongst station
3. Failure of giving proper explanation

If they had a better, smooth running race
My team would even managed to end up top 5 -.-
